To fully utilise the building’s potential, Kuboid engineered a two-tiered layout by incorporating mezzanine floors, unlocking significant rentable real estate. The result: 200 storage units spanning a range of sizes from 25 sq ft to 200 sq ft. This includes innovative double-stack lockers—perfectly suited not only for long-term renters but also for students and those seeking compact, flexible storage solutions.
