The feature that stood out most was our dedicated Lockd mobile app. It allows secure access to the facility and to each storage unit without the need for keys or padlocks. Every customer receives a unique access code, and they can choose to use the code or the app — whichever suits their routine.
They also loved our KeyShare tool. This feature lets customers share digital access with friends, family or removal companies for as long as they choose. Access can be granted for a single day or for a longer period. Everything is controlled in the app, giving customers flexible, secure control at all times.
Smooth Booking and Friendly Support
Booking was fast and stress-free. The customer received their unit number, access details and instructions within the hour and began moving items in straight away. When they were unsure about the unit size on a later visit, one of our team members met them on site, showed different options and answered every question.

“I’ve been thoroughly impressed with this storage facility from day 1. It’s ultra-modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed.
The standout feature for me is the dedicated app, which allows seamless access without needing keys or codes. A unique access code is created solely for you. The app is required to get you into your storage unit, so no padlock is needed. No extra keys or combinations to remember.
The KeyShare feature is also great. You can share your access with a friend, family member or a removal company. They just download the app and you add them through KeyShare. This is ideal if you’re away or if movers need access. You can add someone permanently or for a set period. It’s very impressive.
The entire process, from booking to move-in, was smooth and user-friendly. Staff were helpful when I had questions and always polite and professional. Knowing someone is on hand via phone is also reassuring.
Another big plus is the on-site parking spaces for rent. Perfect if you need extra parking or want to store a vehicle.
Highly recommended for anyone wanting secure, high-tech storage with excellent features. My first unit was booked entirely online. I received my unit number and access information within an hour and started moving items in straight away.
